Getting started with eworks.cloud

2–3 minute read. Everything below assumes you know your way around SaaS tools, but have never used eworks.cloud before.

eworks.cloud is a multi-tenant enterprise AI platform. Your team signs in once, connects its own data, chats with models, automates work with agents — and every single action is logged for compliance. No servers to manage, no data silos, no separate audit tooling to bolt on later.

The 5-step happy path

StepWhat you doWhereTime
1Sign in with SSO or a passkey, set up MFAid.eworks.cloud5 min
2Invite your team and assign rolesapp.eworks.cloud/settings/members5 min
3Send your first chat messageapp.eworks.cloud/chat2 min
4Build and run your first agentapp.eworks.cloud/agents10 min
5Review the audit trail and export itapp.eworks.cloud/audit5 min

It's faster than you think: most beta teams finish the whole path in under 30 minutes.

Why this order

  • Identity first. Every later action is attributed to a person and a workspace. Get sign-in and roles right and the rest inherits it.
  • Chat before agents. Chat is the fastest way to see grounding and model routing work on your data. An agent is just that same capability on a schedule, with tools attached.
  • Audit last, but always on. You don't switch auditing on — it's recording from your very first login. Step 5 is simply where you learn to read and export it.

Prerequisites

  • A modern browser (Chrome, Safari, or Firefox — current or previous version).
  • A work email address on a domain that your admin has claimed, or an invitation link.
  • Workspace access: either you're the first person from your company (you become Admin), or a teammate invited you.
  • Optional: an authenticator app (1Password, Authy, Google Authenticator) or a hardware key for MFA.
